Individual Therapy

Individual therapy at MNTL Health Psychotherapy Group offers a confidential, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with a skilled clinician. Our approach is collaborative, culturally attuned, insight-oriented, and tailored to your unique needs - whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, or life transitions. We focus on helping you build self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Couple therapy

Our couple approach is informed by Sue Johnson and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). We help partners identify and interrupt negative cycles that drive conflict and disconnection by accessing the underlying emotions and attachment needs beneath the surface.

Through structured, in-session work, couples shift from patterns of criticism and withdrawal toward vulnerability, responsiveness, and connection. The goal is a secure bond where both partners feel seen, valued, and supported.

Family therapy

Salvador Minuchin’s Structural Family Therapy guides how we work with families. We seek to address problematic interaction patterns at the system level. Treatment targets boundaries, roles, and hierarchy, with active, in-session interventions to realign relationships, strengthen parental leadership, and improve communication. The goal is durable structural change that supports stability, cohesion, and healthy functioning.

Group therapy

Group therapy at MNTL Health Psychotherapy Group is grounded in Irvin Yalom’s here-and-now, process-oriented model. Treatment focuses on real-time interpersonal dynamics, with direct feedback and emotional engagement to illuminate patterns. The goal is corrective relational experiences that increase insight, accountability, and lasting interpersonal change.
