Billing Overview
Payment is due at the time of service. All patients are enrolled in automatic payment unless directed otherwise (Note: If you do not enroll in automatic payment, you must still keep a current cc on file. You are responsible for remitting payment manually following each session. If not done after two weeks, you attest to your cc on file being charged the outstanding cost-share). Your card will be charged at midnight following each session.

Sessions canceled within 24 hours are billed at the full non-contracted rate (This is typically between $200 - $285 depending on the modality you are enrolled in). Note, this charge applies even if you're using insurance. If you have any questions, please email billing@mntlhealth.com.
Three consecutive late cancellations may result in your recurring appointment being offered to another patient.
We do not offer a free initial consultation. All encounters, including the phone assessment, are billable encounters.
