Alexis provides compassionate, person-centered, and culturally attuned psychotherapy grounded in a strengths-based and humanistic framework. With over a decade of counseling experience, his approach emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and psychological safety, while integrating evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused interventions.

Alexis believes therapy should be a collaborative, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as they explore their experiences, values, and goals. He is attentive to the impact of identity, culture, and lived experience on mental health and individualizes care to meet each client’s unique needs.
